- A short description of what happened.
- The page or workflow where the issue occurred.
- The time the issue happened, including your time zone.
- Screenshots if they do not include sensitive receipt, payment, or tax information.
- For receipt issues, include the receipt date/vendor and avoid sending sensitive information unless support asks for it.
