# Bulk upload

Drop a batch of receipt files at once — Stacko queues them, reads each one, and turns the pile into records.

**How it helps**

This is the shoebox move: a backlog of paper photos or a folder of PDF receipts becomes a reviewable table without typing anything in.

**Using it**

- Select or drag multiple files into the uploader.
- Stacko processes them in sequence and extracts each receipt's details.
- Review the results in the Receipts table — duplicate detection flags anything you've likely added twice.

**Good to know**

- Each file uses one AI scan; big backlogs pair well with a one-time scan pack (see plans & scan limits).
- Uploads stop when you hit your scan or storage limit, and resume once you top up.
