# Reach support / report a bug

Email **support@stacko.ca**. Support is human-led and read by the people building Stacko — bugs become tracked fixes, not tickets in a void.

**What to include**

- The email on your Stacko account.
- What you were trying to do, and what happened instead.
- Any error message you saw.
- Whether the issue is blocking you.

**What support can help with**

Sign-in and account access, billing and checkout, receipt upload and extraction problems, exports, bug reports, and data export or deletion requests.

**What support can't do**

Provide tax, accounting, legal, payroll, or financial advice — or professional judgment about whether an expense is deductible for your facts. That stays with you and your accountant.
