What support can help with

  • Billing, plan, and checkout questions.
  • Receipt upload, OCR, and extraction problems.
  • CSV or T2125 export issues.
  • Bug reports and confusing product behavior.
  • Data export or deletion requests.

What support cannot provide

  • Tax, accounting, legal, payroll, or financial advice.
  • Guarantees that a receipt, category, export, or estimate will be accepted by the CRA.
  • Tax filing, remittance, election, or representation services.
  • Professional judgment about whether an expense is deductible for your facts.

What to include
