Billing: cancel, export your data, delete your account

How do I change plans, cancel, or leave with my data?

Everything about paying, leaving, and taking your data with you โ€” in one place.

Change plan or payment details

Go to Settings โ†’ Billing โ†’ Manage billing. That opens the secure billing portal where you can switch plans, update your card, or view invoices.

Cancel

Cancel anytime from Manage billing. You keep paid access until the end of the current billing period. Subscriptions and scan packs are non-refundable.

Export your data

Settings โ†’ Data Management โ†’ Export All Data downloads every receipt record as a CSV. Do this anytime โ€” before cancelling, after cancelling, or just for a backup. No lock-in is the point.

Delete your account

Email support@stacko.ca from your account email to request deletion. Export your data first โ€” deletion removes your receipts and records.

Good to know

  • Clearing local browser data (also under Data Management) only removes drafts and offline queues from that device โ€” it doesn't touch your account.

The boundary

Subscriptions are non-refundable; cancelling keeps access until the end of the paid period.
