Something's broken or confusing โ how do I get help?
Email support@stacko.ca. Support is human-led and read by the people building Stacko โ bugs become tracked fixes, not tickets in a void.
What to include
- The email on your Stacko account.
- What you were trying to do, and what happened instead.
- Any error message you saw.
- Whether the issue is blocking you.
What support can help with
Sign-in and account access, billing and checkout, receipt upload and extraction problems, exports, bug reports, and data export or deletion requests.
What support can't do
Provide tax, accounting, legal, payroll, or financial advice โ or professional judgment about whether an expense is deductible for your facts. That stays with you and your accountant.
The boundary
Support can help with the product; it can't give tax, accounting, or legal advice.
