How do I get my receipts out of Stacko?
Download your receipt records as a CSV file — for your own review, a spreadsheet, or your accountant.
How it helps
Everything you captured through the year leaves Stacko in one clean file: vendor, date, amounts, tax fields, categories, and notes. Nobody rebuilds the year from a folder of photos.
Using it
- From the Receipts table, export the current view — filters you've applied carry into the export.
- From Settings → Data Management → Export receipts (CSV), download loaded receipt records. Transactions, imported bank statements, and original receipt files are not included.
Good to know
- CSV export is included on every plan.
- Eligible Business-plan accounts can also use the T2125 summary export when that capability is enabled.
- Export anytime — your data is never locked in.
The boundary
Exports are your records, organized. Stacko doesn't file them anywhere or guarantee how a reviewer treats them.
