T2125 expense summary export (and what it's not)
Updated July 4, 2026 · Stacko team
Can Stacko give me my expenses organized by T2125 line?
On the Business plan, Stacko shows the CRA line number behind each business expense and exports a T2125-organized summary PDF.
How it helps
A T2125 (Statement of Business or Professional Activities) groups expenses into specific CRA lines. This export arrives already grouped that way — the version of your year an accountant can work with immediately.
Using it
- In the Receipts table, business expenses show their mapped CRA line number.
- Run the T2125 summary export to get the PDF grouped by line, backed by the records underneath.
- Pair it with the full CSV export if your accountant wants the row-level detail too.
Good to know
- Business plan only.
- It summarizes the *expense* side from your records. It is not a tax return, and the filing decisions stay with you or your accountant.
The boundary
The export is an organized summary of your records — it is not a T2125 return, and Stacko doesn't prepare or file one.
